How to Give Yourself a Natural Facelift With Acupressure and Massage
Acupressure works like acupuncture, but uses finger pressure in place of needles. Gently applying pressure to acupressure points helps our chi--the body's energy--flow freely. Massage in conjunction with acupressure may help improve facial appearance by increasing circulation and rejuvenating the skin. Practicing some simple massage and acupressure techniques can help you lift and tone your face naturally.Things You'll Need

1
Locate the 16 pressure points on your face. These points are located on either side of the nose; centered beneath the nose, lower lip and lower eyelids; in the middle of the forehead; on both ends of the eyebrows and in their centers; on either side of the bridge of the nose; and at the tops of the cheekbones.
-
2
Wash and dry your hands. Rub together until they are warm to energize your hands.
-
3
Gently massage each acupressure point moving systematically from one point to the next. Use the pads of your fingertips to apply pressure to all 16 pressure points on your face.

4
Lift your forehead using the index finger placed along your scalp and your thumbs just above your ears. Your palms should be facing down. Hold this for a few seconds and repeat as is comfortable.
-
5
Pull the corners of your mouth back toward your ears. Tighten the corners as much as you can. Repeat several times. Pull the pads of your fingers from the corner of your mouth to the tops of your cheekbones.
-
6
Thrust your chin and neck forward until you feel a small pull in the muscles underneath the chin or along the front or sides of the neck. Then, using lotion or massage oil, stroke the neck gently from your collarbones to beneath the chin.
