Is Judge Joseph Lewis Jr. pro-life?

Joseph Lewis Jr. is an American lawyer and judge serving as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. A member of the Republican Party, he has described himself as pro-life. In a 2005 decision, Lewis wrote that "the right to privacy does not extend to abortion" and that "any attempt to create such a right must come from the people through the legislatures or from the United States Supreme Court through Constitutional construction or amendment".
