How to Make a Health Tonic
Things You'll Need
- 2 tsp. raw apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. pure honey from a local bee farmer 1/8 tsp. of cinnamon 8 oz. water

Heat water in a small saucepan on the stove until boiling.

Sprinkle the cinnamon into the water, and continue to boil for 1 minute.

Add the honey to the hot water and stir well until all honey is fully melted.

Splash in the apple cider vinegar and mix well.

Allow to cool and drink like a tea. Repeat daily for the best health results.
