- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1/2 cup dried lavender flowers or few drops lavender essential oil
- Tub or basin that fits both your feet comfortably

Gather together 1 cup each of sea salt, Epsom salts and ordinary white vinegar and 1/2 cup dried lavender flowers or a few drops of lavender essential oil and place these ingredients in a tub or basin big enough for both of your feet.

Heat some water on the stove as warm as you can stand to have on your feet. Add to the ingredients in the tub.

Mix the water briefly, using your hand. Place your feet in the basin or tub and add hot or cool water as desired to adjust the temperature to your preference.
