I have really strong lice and tried all of the treatments in store none them worked even Listerine They wont go away What do you suggest?

Here are some additional suggestions to help get rid of lice:

* Use a lice comb. This is a fine-toothed comb that can be used to physically remove lice and nits from the hair. Comb your hair thoroughly every day, starting at the roots and working your way down. Be sure to comb every section of your hair, including behind the ears and at the nape of the neck.

* Use a hot air dryer. Lice and nits can be killed by heat. Use a hot air dryer on high heat to blow dry your hair for at least 15 minutes. Be sure to direct the airflow at the roots of your hair.

* Use coconut oil. Coconut oil has been shown to be effective in killing lice and nits. Apply coconut oil to your hair and scalp and leave it on for at least 8 hours. You can then wash your hair as usual.

* Use tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is another natural remedy that has been shown to be effective in killing lice and nits. Apply tea tree oil to your hair and scalp and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. You can then wash your hair as usual.

* Use vinegar. Vinegar can help to loosen the glue that holds nits to the hair shaft. Apply vinegar to your hair and scalp and leave it on for at least 15 minutes. You can then wash your hair as usual.

It's important to be persistent when treating lice. It may take several weeks to get rid of all of the lice and nits. Be sure to follow the instructions on the lice treatment product carefully and repeat the treatment as often as directed. If you have any questions or concerns, be sure to talk to your doctor.
