Take Evening Primrose Oil and Borage Oil in supplemental form daily. These two supplements that have been proven to help prevent psoriasis and improve skin quality, include evening primrose and borage. Both can be found in oil capsules and supplements.

Find ways to manage your stress. A lot of people believe that stress affects your skin, including your chances of developing psoriasis. Try to find healthy ways to deal with your stress like meditation or yoga. Others find that it helps to practice breathing techniques, and some people prefer to see a hypnotherapist.

Follow a proper diet. A lot of doctors believe that the reason so many people get psoriasis is due to their lack of a proper diet. Try to avoid processed foods and stick to naturally based foods.
