Vaporize two drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil with four drops of orange essential oil in a vaporizer or potpourri simmering pot to lift depression.

Place one drop of cinnamon leaf onto a tissue and inhale to relieve mental exhaustion.

Mix two drops of damiana essential oil with four drops of neroli essential oil and four drops of sandalwood. Massage into neck and shoulders to soothe chronic stress and hypersensitivity.

Take a bath with two drops of damiana essential oil added, along with four drops of orange essential oil to calm nerves.
