Instructions

1
Bathe or shower daily, but pay extra attention to your feet. Wash them carefully with soap and water, washing thoroughly between each toe.
-
2
Dry your feet thoroughly and carefully after washing. Make sure the spaces between your toes are completely dry before you do anything else.
-
3
Put on a clean pair of natural-fiber or moisture wicking socks.
-
4
Choose a pair of shoes that you did not wear the day before. If your feet sweat a lot and tend to be stinky, they need longer than just overnight to dry thoroughly. Therefore, don't wear the same shoes two days in a row.
-
5
Sprinkle over-the-counter foot powder into your shoes, according to the package instructions.
-
6
Bring an extra pair of clean socks if you'll be gone for several hours. Change your socks before your feet have a chance to get sweaty and stinky.
-
7
Apply stick antiperspirant to the soles of your feet every night before bed.
