Consume ¼ cup of chopped fresh cilantro leaves and stems daily for 3 weeks. If you consume more, it won't hurt you. Chew the chopped cilantro by itself or add it to your soups and salads.

Make pesto. Blend 1 medium-sized garlic clove, ½ cup of any nuts, 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, about 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 5 tbsp. olive oil. Season with sea salt to taste and serve with your favorite pasta dish.
