Pour the carrier oil into a dark glass bottle until it's almost full. Add the lavender essential oil. For an 8 oz. bottle, start with 1 tsp. and then work up to 2 tbsp., if desired. This mixture can be used as a massage oil, a body moisturizer, and it can be added to your bath. For use in the bath, add the oil (1 oz.) while the water is running so that it mixes well.
