Aromatherapy Scents & Benefits

Our sense of smell is a powerful and useful tool. Certain aromas can elicit invigorating, balancing, calming, sensual or relaxing reactions on the physical, emotional and mental levels. The oils used for aromatherapy are extracted from the bark, flowers, berries, leaves and fruits of plants. There are a plethora of scents to choose from, but some popular ones have been found to have effective and powerful results.

    • Lavender is a popular and multipurpose oil. It has been used to relax, calm, ease depression and tension, aid digestion, reduce pain, and as a sleep aid. This floral oil mixes well with many other scents.

    Jasmine
