How to Make a Treatment for Poor Circulation
Things You'll Need
- 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
- 12 Drops of Cypress Oil
- 6 Drops of Rosemary Oil
- 4 Drops of Lemon Oil
- 3 Drops of Nutmeg Oil

Pour the vegetable oil into a small mixing bowl. One by one, add in the cypress oil, rosemary oil, lemon oil and nutmeg oil. As you add the oils, gently stir the mixture together. I suggest using a plastic or wooden utensil, but nothing made out of metal.

Pour a couple teaspoons of the mixture into your hand, and rub your palms together gently to warm the oil.

Massage the oil into the problem areas, such as the legs or arms. If you prefer, you can have someone give you a full body massage to improve the entire bodies circulation. It can even be massaged into the feet and hands. Use the massage treatment as needed, or 2-3 times per week for general care.
