How to Graph Biorhythms
Biorhythms are cyclical patterns of health, mood, and intelligence level that reach peaks and lows over the course of about a month. These cycles were discovered simultaneously in the late 19th century by Dr. Hermann Swoboda of Vienna and Dr. Wilhelm Fleiss of Berlin. They observed that people have a reoccurring physical cycle that lasts 23 days, and a reoccurring emotional cycle that lasts 28 days. Later, Alfred Teltscher of Australia discovered a 33-day intellectual cycle. You can determine your own peak intellectual, physical fitness, and emotional biorhythms using a biorhythm calculator and your date of birth.Things You'll Need
