Can you breath through your nose and exhale out mouth at the same time?
It is not possible to breathe through your nose and exhale out of your mouth at the same time. When you breathe in, the air flows through your nose or mouth (whichever is unobstructed) and down the trachea to your lungs. When you breathe out, the air is exhaled through either the nose or the mouth, but generally not both at the exact same time.
