How to Make Tea From Ginseng Root

Ginseng is a perennial low-growing herb plant prized for its long, fleshy root. Ginseng plays a prominent role in Chinese herbal medicine, as it supposedly boosts energy, stimulates the body and wards off sickness. However, its health benefits and risks are still not widely known in the scientific community. Making tea out of ginseng root is a popular way to consume the herb, and you can do it fairly easily.
