Does chiropractic care help with stuttering in children?

There is no scientific evidence to support the claim that chiropractic care helps with stuttering in children. Stuttering is a complex speech disorder that is not caused by misalignments of the spine or other structural problems that chiropractors treat. Chiropractic care may provide temporary relief from some of the physical symptoms of stuttering, such as tension in the neck and shoulders, but it is not a cure for the disorder.
