How can a so called Chiropractor call himself Doctor when he has never passed any of the national and state exams?
Chiropractors are not medical doctors, but rather doctors of chiropractic. They have a different educational background and scope of practice than medical doctors.
To become a chiropractor, a person must complete a bachelor's degree and then a four-year chiropractic college program. Chiropractic college programs are accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE).
Chiropractic colleges teach students about the structure of the human body, the nervous system, and chiropractic techniques. They also learn about nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle factors that can affect spinal health.
After completing chiropractic college, students must pass the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) exams in order to become licensed to practice chiropractic. The NBCE exams cover topics such as anatomy, physiology, diagnosis, and treatment of spinal disorders.
Once licensed, chiropractors can open their own practices or work in chiropractic clinics or hospitals. They use spinal adjustments, massage therapy, and other techniques to help patients relieve pain and improve their overall health.
Chiropractors are not medical doctors, but they are licensed healthcare professionals who can provide safe and effective care for many types of health conditions.
