Why is my period bright yellow. i havnt had a in 2 months. im not pregnant. this morning thought finnay started but when wiped it was yellow.the toilet full of yellow red?

There are a few possible reasons why your period may be bright yellow:

- Pregnancy: Even if you think you're not pregnant, it's still possible that you are. A pregnancy test can confirm whether or not you are pregnant.

- Recent hormonal changes: Hormonal changes, such as those that occur during pregnancy or after childbirth, can cause your period to be different in color or consistency.

- Infection: An infection of the uterus or cervix can cause yellow discharge or bleeding.

- Medication: Some medications, such as antibiotics, can cause your period to be different in color or consistency.

- Underlying health condition: A more serious underlying health condition, such as cancer of the uterus or cervix, can also cause yellow discharge or bleeding.

If you are concerned about the color of your period, it's important to see a doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

In the meantime, here are a few things you can do to manage your symptoms:

- Use pads or tampons to absorb the discharge or bleeding.

- Change your pads or tampons frequently to avoid infection.

- Take over-the-counter pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, to relieve any discomfort.

- Avoid strenuous activity that could worsen your symptoms.

- See a doctor if your symptoms do not improve or if you are concerned about your health.
