I used to have zits under my chin but now there just these red dots how can i get rid of this?

Here are some tips to help get rid of red dots under your chin:

1. Cleanse regularly:

- It is important to prevent the build up of dirt and bacteria on the area. Use a gentle face wash or cleanser twice a day to keep the area clean and prevent new break outs.

2. Use a retinoid:

- Using a retinol (a vitamin A derivative) can help to reduce the appearance of red marks and other blemishes caused by acne. Ensure to use a sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from the sun.

3. Try an exfoliant:

- Gentle exfoliation can help to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turn over, which can reduce the appearance of red marks. Look for exfoliating products that contain salicylic acid or lactic acid.

4. Use aloe vera gel:

- Aloe vera gel has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties that may help to reduce redness and irritation. Apply aloe Vera gel to the affected area several times a day.

5. Stay hydrated:

- Drinking plenty of water helps to keep your skin hydrated and healthy, which can help to reduce the appearance of red marks. Aim to drink eight glasses of water per day.

6. Avoid touching your face:

- Always avoid touching your face, as this can spread bacteria and worsen acne.

7. Consider professional treatments:

- If over-the -counter remedies are not effective, consider seeking professional treatment such as laser therapy, chemical peels or microneedling, which can be more effective in reducing the appearance of red marks.
