One way to cleanse your crystal of negativity and unwanted energy or vibrations is by restoring its energy.

  Hold your crystal under running tap water from the sink. Be sure that the water is lukewarm.

  As the water is running, imagine that the crystal is being cleansed of all negative energies and thought forms. If it helps, visualize the negativity as a black or brown color.

  Turn off the water and lightly dry the crystal with a towel. Hold it in the palm of your hand and visualize that it is surrounded by white light. Say a prayer such as "Bless this crystal with divine light" or another one if you wish.

  Focus your intentions on the crystal. What do you want the crystal to attract? If you would like to attract a job, visualize working at a job that you love.

  Set the crystal in a clear glass with 30 percent sea salt and 70 percent water. Use regular salt if sea salt is unavailable. Set near the sunlight to charge for at least seven hours. Or set outside during the night if you prefer to charge with moon energy.
