How to Use Epsom Salt on an Ingrown
1. Gather your materials:
- Epsom salt
- Warm water
- A basin or tub large enough to fit your foot
- A clean towel or cloth
2. Prepare the Epsom salt soak:
- Add about 1/4 cup of Epsom salt to a basin or tub filled with warm water.
- Stir the water until the Epsom salt is dissolved.
3. Soak your foot:
- Sit in a comfortable position and place your affected foot in the basin or tub of warm Epsom salt water.
- Soak your foot for about 15-20 minutes or until the water cools down.
4. Dry your foot:

5. Apply a bandage:
