How to Use the Zenergy Chime to Regulate Heartbeat

- Zenergy F note chime
- Yoga mat
- Comfortable clothing
- Candle
- Matches
- Incense and holder

Set up a soothing space for your meditation. Place your yoga mat on the floor and a tall pillar candle, incense stick and holder, and your zenergy chime in front. Place the candle in the center and the incense and chime to either side. Put on comfortable clothing as well.

Light the incense and the candle. Breathe deeply, feeling the breath flow through all parts of your body. Focus on your heartbeat and feel how it beats naturally, keeping your eyes on the flame. See your heart in the center of the candle flame and watch it beat irregularly.

Pick up the chime hammer and tap your F-note chime firmly but lightly. The F note is thought to correspond to the heart. Feel the note resonate through your body, still focusing on your heart.

Tap the chime again when the note fades. Breathe slowly and deeply, visualizing the note slipping into your chest. Breathing steadily, visualize the note steadying your heart into a steady, relaxed rhythm. Visualize the heart in the center of the flame changing its rhythm also.
Repeat this meditation every other day or so for about 10 to 15 minutes at a time.
