How to Use Strip 6.5 Oz Cleansing Liquid

- 6 cups organic cranberry juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup lemon juice

Prepare for the Strip 6.5 ounce Complete Body Cleanser for one-week prior to consumption by drinking at least 64-ounces of water every day. One serving of cleansing food is also consumed per day, such as onions, eggs, cauliflower and oranges. Avoid fatty, greasy foods, refined sugars and artificial sweeteners during this time as well.

Prepare a mixture that will be drunk in conjunction with the Strip juice. Bring 6 cups organic cranberry juice to a boil over high heat.

Add 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. ginger to the boiling liquid. Reduce the liquid to medium and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the liquid from the heat and allow it to cool completely.

Add 1 cup orange juice and 1 cup lemon juice to the mixture.

Drink 3 ounces of the Strip Complete Body Cleanser at the beginning of the morning. Drink 3 ounces of the cranberry juice one hour later. Continue to alternate drinking 3 ounces of the Complete Body Cleanser and 3 ounces of the cranberry juice on the hour.

Consume at least 72 ounces of water throughout the day as well. This will help assist the cranberry juice mixture and the Strip Complete Body Cleanser removes all of the toxins from the body.

Cease drinking the liquids at dusk. Once this occurs, take a 30 minute walk or perform light exercise to replenish your body.
