How to Cleanse Bowels & Intestines
Internal cleansing has become an increasingly popular (though not scientifically or medically proven) method to rid the body of excess waste and toxins. Proponents of intestinal, bowel or colon cleansing claim that the cleanse removes waste, toxins from food and even parasites from the body. This process involves specialized diet and occasional periods of fasting, as well as vitamins and supplements. Speak to your doctor to make sure an intestinal or colon cleanse is right for you.Things You'll Need
