      Take six to eight large peeling carrots, 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger, juice from half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of agave syrup and four ice cubes and mix them in a blender. Drink the juice from this concoction on an empty stomach every day. Repeat for one to two weeks or more, if needed.
