How to Make a Bentonite Colloidal

Mix 1 tbsp. of bentonite clay with an 8 oz. glass of water in the morning. Make sure to mix it well until there are no clumps.

Add 1 tbsp. of ground psyllium husk to your water and clay mixture. Let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes so that the psyllium can expand, and then drink it all.

Take one dose of a probiotic supplement right before your breakfast to aid the health of your colon during digestion.

Wait one hour after taking your first dose of bentonite colloidal to eat a healthy breakfast. Also, refrain from take vitamins for an hour. Bentonite draws out toxins, but can also interfere with the absorption of vitamin and minerals. These should be replenished after an hour.

Eat throughout the day according to whatever diet you are choosing to follow during the time you are taking bentonite. It is important to eat while using bentonite so that it moves through the body, and essential vitamins and minerals are being replenished.

Mix 1 tbsp. of bentonite clay into an 8 oz. glass of water before bedtime or an hour after dinner. Once it is mixed well, add 1 tbsp. of psyllium husk. Take your second dose once the psyllium has expanded for a couple of minutes.
