How to Use Rhassoul Clay to Detox the Skin
Your skin and hair absorbs toxins from the environment, just as your body does from foods and the air your breathe. Detoxification, or detox, improves your health, skin and hair by removing these impurities. Rhassoul clay has been used on skin and hair for over 1,400 years in Morocco, and is useful as a detox for the skin. The clay comes from ancient deposits in the mountains of Morocco. Rhassoul clay has the ability to remove toxins, such as heavy metals, and excess oils from the skin and hair. As it removes these impurities, it also nourishes the skin and hair by adding nutrients such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, silica and other trace minerals that are healthy for skin and hair. Here's how to make your own rhassoul clay detox mask to clean and freshen your skin.Things You'll Need
