Increase the amount of raw fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eating a healthy diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables will reduce the amount of saturated fat in your diet and thus the fat in your liver, according to the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research (MFMER).
