How to Make a Home Herbal Detox
Things You'll Need
- Blender
- 4 oz. distilled water
- 8 oz. orange juice or apple juice
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbsp. flax oil, Omega-3 oil, or olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- ½-inch slice of fresh ginger root, with the skin left on
- ½ cup of yogurt, or fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries or bananas
- 1 tbsp. protein powder
- 1 tbsp. coral calcium powder
- 1 tbsp. lecithin granules
- Rice milk (optional)

Drop a small garlic clove and the slice of ginger root into the blender. Add the lemon or lime juice and the flax oil, Omega-3 oil or olive oil. Pulverize until the garlic and ginger are liquefied.

Add the yogurt or strawberries, blueberries or bananas. If you choose the fresh fruit, pulverize to liquefy it.

Pour in the orange or apple juice and the distilled water, and a splash of the rice milk, if desired. Blend the mixture well.

Add a tablespoon each of protein powder, coral calcium powder and lecithin granules. Blend the herbal detox very well.
