Parasite Cleanse Diet
-
Identification
-
Parasites live in the soil and on raw foods. Pets can also transfer parasites to their owners. Eating a parasite cleanse diet of garlic, whole vegetables and fruits will help strengthen the immune system. Black walnut hull and wormwood taken as a tincture work to kill and clear the parasites from the body (see Resources).
Significance
-
Left unchecked, parasites grow and multiply. Symptoms of parasites vary from poor sleep, teeth grinding at night, a ravenous appetite or sudden weight loss.
You can combat parasites by eating a parasite cleanse diet up to three times a year to ensure you are not playing "host" to unwelcome parasites.
Features
-
Eat lightly steamed vegetables at each meal with steamed brown rice and plenty of cooked, crushed garlic. Non-sweet fruits between meals, such as apples and grapes, are fine.
Benefits
-
Your skin may clear, headaches or "fuzzy thinking" may no longer plague you, and your digestion may improve. You will be absorbing more of the nutrients from the foods you eat, as parasites will not be there to feed of them before you.
Misconceptions
-
It is a misconception to believe that eating sushi means you will "automatically" have parasites. Eating wasabi, the fiery green paste, with sushi every single time is a way to hold the parasites at bay. If you are uncertain, eat only at top-notch sushi purveyors and eat a parasite cleansing diet at least three times a year.
