1
Position the open end of the colon board over the toilet bowl with a folding chair holding up the other end of the board. You'll be reclining on this board so make sure everything is sturdy.
-
2
Fill a bucket with 5 gallons of warm water. You may want to put some Epsom salt in the water, but this is up to you. Use no more than 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts.
-
3
Position the bucket at least 24 inches above the board. This is important, as it will aid in the colonic.
-
4
Place one end of the soft plastic tubing in the bucket, making sure it reaches the bottom. Bring the other end of the tubing to the colon board. There should be a small hole to feed the end through.
-
5
Insert the plastic rectal tip (which should come with the board) into the end of the tubing running into the colon board.
-
6
Insert the tip of the syringe into the plastic rectal tip and draw the syringe. This should create a flow of water from the bucket through the tubing and out the rectal tip.
-
7
Fasten your clamp onto the tube. This will momentarily stop the flow of water.
-
8
Lubricate the plastic rectal tip.
-
9
Lie down on the board and insert the rectal tip.
-
10
Remove the clamp to allow the water to flow. Once you feel the need to release, do so.
