Daily Natural Detox

There are things you can do daily to detoxify your body. Cleansing your body internally is a great way to eliminate toxic substances from your body that could lead to illnesses. Every day we add toxins to our bodies from eating food, drinking water and breathing polluted air.     • There are herbs that help the body to detoxify by cleaning organs that help to filter out harmful substances. Milk Thistle cleans the liver, and Uva Ursi cleans the kidneys.

    The Colon

    • Eating fiber each day helps to remove wastes from the colon. There are also colon cleansers on the market that can be taken daily for long periods of time.
