Colema Board Instructions

Your body may have difficulty releasing all of its toxins and in turn become autointoxicated, or poisoned by its own toxins. Using water to cleanse the inside of the body can relieve many aches and other ailments. An colonic or enema will cleanse your colon and liver to help release the built-up toxins in your body. A colema is a combination of these two procedures, and with a colema board, you can perform the technique in the comfort of your own home.

Instructions

  1. Preparing your Colema Board

    • 1

Spread out the items from for colema board kit. You will have the board, a syringe, a length of plastic tubing with a weight on one end, a three inch surgical tube and a few disposable tips.

    • 2

Raise your toilet lid and seat. Place a chair facing the toilet and lay your colema board across the chair and toilet so the domed end is over the toilet.

    • 3

Lay a towel on the flat side of the board and prop a pillow against the back of the chair.

    • 4

Place the bucket on a flat surface at least two feet above the toilet, such as your counter top. Fill the bucket with two to five gallons of lukewarm water, at body temperature. The water should be filtered or distilled so it does not contain any chemicals. Some people use salt water or coffee cleanses because they are thought to clean the body out more thoroughly. Add two tablespoons of sea or epsom salt per one gallon of water for the salt water cleanse, or boil two tablespoons of regular, organic coffee per one quart of water for the coffee cleanse. Allow the coffee to cool to body temperature before using it.

    • 5

Uncoil the water line and place the weighted end into the bottom of the bucket. Making sure the water line is not tangled, place the plastic tip side through the hole in the back of the domed side of the colema board. Put the 3-inch piece of surgical tubing over the plastic tip of the water line.

    • 6

Insert the syringe into the surgical tubing and pull back on the handle. Water will begin flowing through the tube. Close the clamp on the water line to stop it.

    • 7

Coat one end of a disposable tip with olive oil or another lubricant and place the other end into the surgical tubing.

    Conducting the Colema

    • 8

Lay face-up on the board with your head on the pillow and scoot your bottom towards the disposable tip. Slowly insert about two inches of the tip into your rectum.

    • 9

Hold the clamp in your left hand and unclamp the hose to allow the water to flow into you. Gently massage your stomach as the water is flowing.

    • 10

Allow all the water to flow into you. If you feel like you need to relieve yourself, turn the water off and wait to see if the feeling passes. Once you feel better you can continue. Try to use all the water so it reaches the entire length of the colon.

    • 11

Remove the board from the toilet when you have used all the water. Sit on the toilet and eliminate the waste. Once you have fully eliminated you will be able to go about your daily activities as normal.
