1
Mix your regular shampoo with ten drops of the Manuka tea tree oil in a bowl. Wet your hair with water.
-
2
Apply the shampoo and oil mixture to your hair, making sure to cover all your hair, from root to tip. Rinse your hair, and repeat the process once.
-
3
Add 5 drops of the tea tree oil to your regular hair conditioner, and mix them well.
-
4
Apply the conditioner to your hair, leave it for at least five minutes, and then rinse.
-
5
Comb your hair with a nit comb. The Manuka tea tree oil works by softening the nits on the hair, so it is easier to comb them out.
-
6
Continue adding Manuka tea tree oil to your shampoo and conditioner at least three or four times per week until the lice infestation is over.
-
7
Kill the lice on your clothes and furniture. Add 20 to 30 drops of the Manuka tea tree oil to 2 cups of water, and add it to your washing machine or spray it on the furniture.

Add 20 drops of the oil to your body wash, and mix it well. Wash your body and lather well. Let it sit for a minute or two, and then rinse.
