How to Ease Indigestion With Grapefruit
Indigestion causes feelings of bloating, gas, nausea, acidic taste, burning sensation in the stomach/upper abdomen and belching. Things You'll Need
- Outer skin of whole grapefruit
- Grater
- Paper towel
- Stoppered vial
- Bowl
- 1/2 teaspoon

Place a grater over a medium-sized bowl. Grate the outer skin of a whole grapefruit, allowing the grated bits to fall into the bowl. Grate entire peel down to the white part of fruit.

Spread grated bits on a paper towel and allow to fully dry.

Store grated bits in a stoppered vial when completely dry. Measure a 1/2 teaspoon of the grated peel and place it in your mouth to relieve indigestion. Suck on the spoon, then chew slowly. Your stomach should settle in a half hour or less.
