How to Treat Bronchitis With Fenugreek Tea
Bronchitis is characterized by severe and painful mucus-induced coughing resulting from the swelling of airways leading to the lungs. There are two types: acute and chronic. Chronic bronchitis develops from an existing lung condition and can last months. Acute bronchitis is the same type of virus that causes cold and flu and generally follows one of these illnesses. It usually lasts only a few weeks. Symptoms include dry cough, wheezing, fatigue, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Acute bronchitis can be effectively treated in its early stages by drinking fenugreek seed tea, which helps the body perspire and get rid of toxins.Things You'll Need
