- 4 qts. warm water

Pour 4 qts. warm water (not hot) into the dish pan. Add 2 qts. vinegar to the water. Swish with your hands to mix the two liquids.

Place the foot with nail fungus directly into the vinegar and water solution. The Mayo Clinic suggests soaking the foot for 15 to 20 minutes.
