The Difference Between Cinnamon Bark Extract PE & Cinnamon Bark Extract PF
Cinnamon bark, which derives from certain varieties of evergreen trees, is used in food as a spice and in herbal preparations as a treatment or preventative care for a variety of ailments. People use cinnamon bark to treat gastrointestinal problems and nausea, as well as menstrual cramps, bacterial infections and the common cold.-

Cinnamon bark PF, which is sometimes referred to as cinnulin PF, is the liquid extract of the cinnamon leaf. Typically, cinnamon bark PF is sold in a capsule form. While cinnamon bark PE is mixed with a fluid and drank as a liquid supplement, cinnamon bark PF is swallowed with a glass of water.
Uses
-
Both cinnamon bark PE and PF have digestive benefits, such as gas reduction, anti-spasmodic and anti-diarrheal action, as well as increasing circulation and lowering blood sugar. Some toothpastes, mouthwashes and ointments contain either cinnamon bark PE or PF for their astringent qualities.
