How to Use Ginseng for Male Stamina

Identify a supplier of high-quality dried ginseng root. Good ginseng does not come cheap, unfortunately; low-quality ginseng is common and largely ineffective in improving male stamina.

Grind dried ginseng root into a fine powder using the cheese grater. Whole ginseng root loses potency upon exposure to air, so take care to grind only as much as you need immediately.

Measure 1 tsp. of the ginseng powder. Add it to the cup of water.

Mix the water and ginseng powder thoroughly.

Drink the mixture of ginseng and water on an empty stomach. Repeat as many as three times per day. Ginseng may be used in this manner for up to four months, after which you should take a two-week break from treatment.
