1
Drink pau d'arco tea, available at your local health food store. Start by drinking a half cup of the tea, gradually working your way up to four cups a day for a couple of weeks. This tea helps cleanse the intestinal tract, killing and removing parasites.

2
Eat two or three cloves of garlic and cloves each day. Garlic and cloves both have antiseptic properties that help cleanse your intestinal tract and kill the parasites in your body. Additionally, garlic boosts your immune system, preventing any parasite eggs from attaching to your intestines.

3
Make a juice of blended raw vegetables including celery, broccoli and spinach. The enzymes in these vegetables help aid digestion and help kill the parasite and any unhealthy bacteria. Blending raw vegetables into a juice helps the antioxidants and enzymes reach your digestive system more quickly.

4
Take a wormwood supplement twice a day for no more than four weeks. Wormwood is a strong natural herb that is used to break down and kill many parasites, including pinworm and roundworm. Do not take the wormwood supplement for more than four weeks, as it may cause damage to your body.

Increase the healthy bacteria in your digestive system by consuming yogurt and buttermilk, which contains probiotics. Drink 4 ounces of buttermilk a day and 1 cup of yogurt for three to seven days. The priobiotics in these foods replenish the healthy bacteria in your intestinal tract, which has been compromised by the presence of parasites. Increasing the healthy bacteria in your body boosts the effectiveness of other natural treatment, making it easier to kill the parasite.

Observe your symptoms and overall well-being while taking these supplements. As parasites die off, they can release extra toxins or bury deeper in your intestines, causing nausea and cramping. These symptoms should last only for a few days, and then those and other symptoms should slowly diminish over time if your parasitic infection is being adequately combated. You may also physically pass the parasite in your stool. If your symptoms have not gotten better after four weeks, consult a medical professional.
