Boil a pot of water on a heat source.

Add the herbal tea bag and remove from heat. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes. If using fresh parsley leaves, add ¼ cup and allow them to boil for 5 minutes. Strain out the leaves and dispose of them.

Place Ioose leaf herbal blends into a tea ball. Put the tea ball in a cup or tea pot and fill it with boiling water, about 8 ounces for a cup. Cover the cup or teapot and let steep for 5 minutes.

Drink 3 or 4 cups of parsley tea to stimulate menstrual flow or as directed if using an herbal blend.
