How to Treat Melasma With Noni
Instructions
-
Commercial Noni Juice
-
1
Store the noni juice in the refrigerator until you are ready to drink it.
-
2
Open a bottle of noni and take 1 to 2 ounces a day to start for two weeks. The purchased noni juice comes with a measuring cap so you can measure out the correct amount. Expect the taste to be bitter. Avoid taking more than this amount initially to prevent mild side effects like diarrhea, mild bloating, and slight digestive problems.
-
3
Take the noni in the mornings on an empty stomach. Reduce the amount you take if you feel nauseous, bloated or any other side effect. These symptoms should disappear within a 24-hour period.
-
4
Add the noni juice to a blender with ½ cup of pineapple juice, yogurt or milk to make the taste less bitter, if you cannot drink the noni juice in its pure form.
-
5
Increase the amount of noni to another ounce or two within a week or two, after your body has gotten used to it.
Fresh Noni Berries
-
6
Select very ripe noni fruit that is almost white.
-
7
Place the berries in a sieve and press the pulp through with a pestle. Expect a thick fibrous jelly like substance.
-
8
Add an ounce or two of the noni to the blender and add ½ cup of pineapple juice, yogurt or milk to the blender and mix well.
-
9
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
