How to Gargle With Sesame Oil

  • Warm water
  • Salt
  • Hot water

      Place 1 tbsp. of sesame oil in your mouth and begin swishing it around.

      Push the sesame oil through your teeth and around your gums. Tilt your head back and gargle. Continue doing this for 15 to 20 minutes.

      Spit the sesame oil into the sink. Immediately rinse your mouth out with a cup of warm salt water. Spit the salt water into the sink.

      Flush your sink with hot water and dish soap. The sesame oil can build up in the pipes, so it is best to flush the pipes after each use.
