Instructions

    • 1

Clean the affected area of the skin with water and mild soap. Removal of dirt and skin oils in the affected area allows more exposure of the skin as the sea buckthorn oil is applied.

    • 2

Dry the region with a clean towel to remove any excess water. Water will form a barrier against the absorption of the oil into the skin.

    • 3

Apply a thin coat of sea buckthorn oil to the skin and gently massage the area to help the oil to work its way into the skin. If the skin problem is a systemic one, take sea buckthorn oil by mouth. You should take one teaspoon per day.

    • 4

Continue applications of the oil to the affected region twice a day. Continue the treatment for a week after the skin heals to strengthen it against a recurrence of problems.
