1
Prepare sheep sorrel tea. Measure 1 teaspoon of sheep sorrel powder in a cup. Boil 6 ounces of water in a vessel. Pour the water in the cup, steep for five minutes, stir and drink. Sheep sorrel tea is cooling, and an astringent and diuretic that effectively treats scurvy, reduces fevers and inflammation. Drink around 2 cups daily, or until the health condition improves.

2
Blend sheep sorrel powder with other herbs to prepare the immune-boosting Essiac tea mix. Sheep sorrel powder is a main ingredient in Essiac tea, a well- known herbal cancer treatment. Thoroughly combine 1 pound of sheep sorrel powder with 6 1/2 cups of cut burdock root, 1/4 pound of slippery elm bark powder and 1 ounce of Turkish rhubarb root powder.

3
Measure 1 ounce of the Essiac herb mix for every 32 ounces of water. Bring the water to boil in a covered stainless steel vessel. Stir in the Essiac herb mix, cover and boil for 10 minutes.

4
Let the herbal infusion stand overnight. Reheat it in the morning to steaming hot -- do not boil. Strain the Essiac tea mixture with a fine strainer and use a funnel to pour into sterile glass jars. Store the glass jars in a cool, dark place.

5
Drink the tea by diluting 30 ml Essiac infusion in 60 ml of hot water. Sip the Essiac tea at bedtime on an empty stomach, or upon arising in the morning, to reduce cancerous tumors. Sheep sorrel has a highly acidic pH level of 4.5 that destroys cancer cells, stimulates cellular regeneration, detoxification and cleansing. You can also fortify your immune system with Essiac tea. Dilute 15 ml Essiac infusion in 1 ounce of hot water and drink daily.
