How to Drink Clary Sage Oil

Clary sage, a member of the sage family, has a flowering top and upper leaves that grow to a height of two feet. The oil extracted from the leaves and blossoms is often used as a muscle relaxer that can be drunk, inhaled or rubbed on the body. Clary sage oil is non-toxic in its pure form and can be added directly to a beverage. Steeping fresh leaves from the plant also releases this essential oil.
