Instructions

    • 1

Consume a single pellet (grain) of bee pollen. This is an essential step to verify that you will not have an allergic reaction. If you experience fever, diarrhea, weakness, muscle pain, rash, itching, swelling, dizziness and trouble breathing within the first 24 hours, stop consumption and seek medical attention immediately. Be aware that it is possible but rare for an allergic reaction to show up as long as a week after consumption. Proceed to step 2 if you detect no allergic reaction.

    • 2

Measure out one full tablespoon of bee pollen pellets and sprinkle onto a bowl of cereal, or into glass of water or fruit juice. Avoid placing the pollen in hot foods or liquids; heating the pollen will destroy the vitamin C and enzyme components.

    • 3

Consume the bowl of cereal, glass of water or fruit juice entirely. Repeat this step daily for consistent results.

    • 4

Increase the dosage of bee pollen pellets for elderly people or those who are immune deficient to one to three tablespoons daily.
