How to Use Eggplant to Remove Sunspots
Age spots are typically caused by sun damage to the skin. They are found on older adults and can be described as discolorations of the skin. Sunspots are usually found on the back of hands, back of the neck, face and upper chest. Most often times, sunspots are harmless. Eggplant can be used to effectively reduce the appearance of sunspots on the skin.Things You'll Need
- Eggplant
- Kitchen knife
- Glass jar
- Apple cider vinegar
- Cotton balls
- Medical tape

Cut the eggplant into 1-inch cubes with a kitchen knife. Place the eggplant cubes in the glass jar. Pour enough apple cider vinegar to cover the eggplant pieces. Screw on the jar's lid and allow it to sit for three days. Store the jar in the refrigerator in order for the formula to last longer.

Remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Dip a cotton ball into the apple cider vinegar and eggplant mixture. Gently blot age spots with the soaked cotton ball. Swab or dab at age spots two to three times a day.

Soak a cotton ball completely in the mixture. Tape the cotton ball over the top of problematic age spots using medical tape and allow to sit overnight. Remove in the morning and allow the area to air-dry. Repeat this process nightly as needed.
