How to Dissolve Freeze Dried Noni

The noni fruit, found throughout the Pacific islands, is believed to have several health benefits. Some of the perceived benefits include relief for sore throats, clearer skin, and even use as an insect repellent. Noni fruit is often found in freeze-dried form. The freeze-dried fruit is easily reconstituted for use in supplemental tea, skin care poultices or as an insect repellent.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sweet fruit juice

      Noni tea soothes sore throats and is even believed to speed up the recovery process from minor colds.

      Pour one cup of your desired sweet fruit juice in the blender.

      Place the blender lid on the blender. Blend the juice and powder until smooth. Drink the noni tea to soothe an irritated throat.

    Noni Face poultice

      Noni poultices are useful in combating skin breakouts.

      Pour one cup of water in the blender.
