How to Cleanse Blood Cells
Our kidneys and liver are vital organs that cleanse 200 quarts of blood daily. Without proper organ function, waste and excess water accumulate. The body needs clean blood to carry nutrients and oxygen to many different types of cells. Garlic has been used for years as a blood purifier, along with Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia) and Yellow Dock (Rumex crispus).Things You'll Need
- Garlic
- Echinacea tincture
- Yellow Dock tincture
- Fruit juice (optional)
- Purified water

1
Consume one clove of fresh organic garlic daily. The garlic can be taken with pasta or bread, as long as the garlic is not cooked. Non-organic garlic may contain harmful chemicals that can toxify blood cells.
-
2
Mix 30 to 60 drops of an Echinacea tincture with 1 cup of 100 percent fruit juice or water. Take orally three to six times daily. The tincture must contain at least 30 percent alcohol. The immune constituents found in echinacea stimulate the body's phagocytes (white blood cells), making it possible to isolate and eliminate waste.

Mix 1 cup of 100 percent fruit juice or water with 5 to 30 drops of Yellow Dock tincture that contains at least 30 percent alcohol and take orally, three times daily. An organic tincture is superior because it is void of chemicals that can be harmful to blood cells. Discontinue use after one week.

Drink 1 cup of purified water each hour daily to purge the blood of toxins and to help with the elimination of free waste. Contaminants found in some tap water can add waste to the bloodstream, negating the effects of blood-cleansing practices.
